Years later, Foucault presents a special interpretation of “enlightenment” in Kant’s viewpoint. He says enlightenment is as the continuation of the “critical tradition” and “ontology of the present time”. On the other hand the Shi’ite jurisprudence has its own unique rationality system which leads to the dynamism of this religious-intellectual trend when it encounters new issues. I have tried to first explain the characteristics of “rationality” in the opinion of Kant and Foucault in the enlightenment movement in this article and then I have discussed the characteristics of Shi’ite’s jurisprudence and the method of “rationality” of this religious-intellectual trend during the time of absence [of Imams]. Then the “rationality” of the “enlightenment” tradition in Kant and Foucault’s viewpoint are compared with the rationalistic approach present in the Imamiyah [the Twelvers] jurisprudence tradition, the similarities and differences between the two kinds of rationalism is explained, and finally some reasons for the priority of rationality of the religious-intellectual system of Imamiyah jurisprudence over the rationality of the enlightenment movement of Kant and Foucault are mentioned.  }, keywords = {rationality,enlightenment era,Shi’ite jurisprudence,time of absence [of Imams],Kant,Foucault}, title_fa = {نسبت روشنگری نزد کانت و فوکو و پویایی فقه شیعه در دوران غیبت}, abstract_fa = {کانت به مسئله «روشنگری» توجه و آن را واکاوی می‌کند و در ضمن آن گونه‌ای «عقل ورزی» را مجاز می‌شمارد؛ به عبارتی جنبش روشنگری را ملائم و همنوا با نحوه‌ای از «عقل ورزی» قلمداد می‌نماید. سال‌ها بعد فوکو تفسیر خاصی از «روشنگری» نزد کانت ارائه می‌دهد و روشنگری را به مثابه استمرار یک «سنت انتقادی» و «هستی شناسی زمانِ حال» فراوری می‌نماید. از طرفی فقه شیعه به‌ویژه در دوران غیبت حائز دستگاه عقلانیت مختص به خود است که موجب پویایی این جریان فکری- دینی در مواجهه با «مسائل مستحدثه» و جدید گردیده است. در این مقاله برآنیم در ابتدا ویژگی‌های «عقل ورزی» در جنبش «روشنگری» نزد کانت و فوکو تبیین شود و پس از آن به مختصات فقه شیعه و نحوه «عقل ورزی» این جریان فکری- دینی در دوران غیبت خواهیم پرداخت و در ادامه «عقلانیت» موجود در سنّت «روشنگری» نزد کانت و فوکو با رویکرد عقل گرایانه‌ای که در سنّت فقه امامیّه موجود است، مقایسه می‌شود و نقاط اشتراک و افتراق این دو گونه عقل گرایی تبیین می‌گردد و در پایان به برخی وجوه برتری عقلانیت در دستگاه فکری- دینی فقه امامیه بر عقلانیتِ جنبش «روشنگری» نزد کانت و فوکو اشاره می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {جنبش روشنگری,پویایی فقه شیعه,عقل ورزی,کانت,فوکو}, url = {https://qabasat.iict.ac.ir/article_242968.html}, eprint = {https://qabasat.iict.ac.ir/article_242968_2916a1b5ae37c3d17ef0f9eba2ab24c7.pdf} }
