In this pursuit, its foundational pillar relies on the principles of ijtihad (Usul al-Ijtihad). The acquisition and validation of these principles are carried out through various methods, among which the rational method (the practice of rational beings) stands as one of the most fundamental approaches utilized in establishing and stabilizing the principles of ijtihad_even though this issue has not been thoroughly elaborated as it should be. Furthermore, it constitutes one of the underlying proofs for certain amarat (legal indicators). The methodology of the principles of ijtihad involves the study, calculation, comparison, measurement, and evaluation of the methods employed within this discipline, teaching rules that can be utilized in the process of legal deduction. By examining and evaluating these methods, methodology distinguishes the correct path from the incorrect and presents it accordingly. The objective of this paper is to explain, analyze, measure, and evaluate the rational method (tariqah al-uqlaiyyah / sirah al-uqlaiyyah), while also referencing the religious method (tariqah al-mutasharri'ah / sirah al-mutasharri'ah) to clarify their distinctions<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span> <span lang="FA">اجتهاد به مفهوم گسترده که همۀ علم‌های استنباط‌پذیر از متون دینی را در بر می‌گیرد، تشخیص چگونگی و چرایی و چندی استنباط را بر عهده دارد و در این راستا، نهاد بنیادی آن، اصول اجتهاد است که تحصیل و تثبیت آنها با روش‌هایی انجام می‌پزیرد که روش عقلایی از بنیادی‌ترین روش‌های به‌کارگرفته‌شده در تحصیل و تثبیت اصول اجتهاد است، اگرچه این مسئله آن گونه که باید منقّح نشده است. علاوه بر اینکه از مدارک بعضی از امارات نیز به شمار می‌رود. روش‌شناسی اصول اجتهاد مطالعه و محاسبه و مقایسه و سنجش و ارزیابی‌ روش‌های به‌کارگرفته‌شده در این دانش است که قوانینی را می‌آموزد که می‌تواند در طریق استنباط قرار گیرد. روش‌شناسی با بررسی و ارزیابی روش‌ها راه را از بیراهه متمایز کرده، در پیش می‌نهد. هدف این نوشتار تبیین، تحلیل و سنجش و بررسی طریقۀ عقلائیه (سیرۀ عقلائیه) است و در راستای ایضاح تمایز آن، به طریقۀ متشرعه (سیرۀ متشرعه) نیز اشاره کرده است. </span> https://qabasat.iict.ac.ir/article_736147_b74bcbfc47e30ae42387eb047dcd9c99.pdf
