Abstract
< p >The main question of this article is: are mysticism and politics compatible with each other or not? Their compatibility or incompatibility may be studied once in theory and the science of mysticism and political sciences and another time in practice. There are two viewpoints in this regard; one is the negative and the other is the affirmative view. The followers of negative view assert that a. mysticism is not compatible with politics, b. politics is not compatible with mysticism; and they insist on the distinction of the two. The followers of the second view believe the interaction of the two, and see no obstacle for the contribution of mysticism in sciences and political matters. Criticizing the negative view in this article, I have chosen the affirmative view and presented the reason for this choice. I believe mysticism and politics are compatible in theory and practice; and the notion of incompatibility is a mere delusion.
