Referring to the vast heritage of verses and aḥādīth without a framework and without a method to obtain the gem of the semantics of Sharia topics will not achieve the desired result. To understand Shari'i texts, it is necessary to pay attention to the requirements and criteria in the process of conceptualization, which are less discussed in the methodology books of ijtihad. In this article, ten requirements have been mentioned in advance, which are briefly mentioned. Six more points are described for drawing the road map of the inference curator in the conceptualization of the Shariah topic. The previous ten requirements are: the necessity of the conceptology of the words, referring to standard custom, attention to the difference between adaptation and interpretation, attention to the semantic load of various formats, satisfying with certainty in doubtful cases, attention to the lexical effectiveness of beliefs and ijtihads, paying attention to the difference between request usage and meaning, the relation between words, the words in the mirror of Sharia, general application, and field research. The six requirements and criteria mentioned in this article are: Paying attention to the difference between the Inventive and possession Shariah topics, thematics of Shariah itibari concepts, the necessity of a comprehensive examination of conceptual elements in Sharia texts, examining the limitations of the topic in Sharia texts, receiving standard from conceptual elements in Shari'i texts, and paying attention to the evidence in Shari'i texts. It is obvious that these sixteen requirements be taken into consideration by the inference operator.
