Yuval Noah Harari, the theorist of the superhuman and god-like metahuman, predicts, based on the theory of technology-based humanism and information technology, that in the era of the data and information revolution, the rational human will, on the one hand, be promoted to the god-like superhuman in an ascending process and then, with the benefit of artificial intelligence, produce the god-like superhuman, and on the other hand, will mark the period of his downfall and in 2050, the end of the nobility and dominance of the rational human over his life and the world will come and he will give his place to the god-like artificial superintelligence and he will become a useless or servant being. There is also a possibility that he will be recognized as an enemy by the artificial superintelligence and be destroyed in general. In this article, we seek to criticize and examine how Harari's hypotheses regarding the emergence of the superhuman and the intelligent god-like metahuman were formed and the possibilities of realizing Harari's futuristic theory.
