Theory of Ibtinā (Foundational Dependency) explains how valid, measurable, and dynamic religious knowledge can be produced through the continuous interaction of the five foundational principles of religion. From the perspective of the philosophy of religion, it presents a macro-level methodological framework that differs from traditional models of religious understanding. Its goal is to generate authentic, efficient, and contemporary religious knowledge capable of addressing new issues while remaining measurable and scientifically coherent. It represents a significant development in the methodology of dynamic Ijtihād rather than merely another interpretive model. This theoretical and library-based study evaluates a conceptual model for producing human sciences from the Quran using the Ibtinā framework. It focuses on how the alternating interaction of the five principles creates a process-oriented logic for deriving theories of human sciences from the Quran. The research seeks to fill a gap in existing scholarship by demonstrating the possibility of Quran-centered theorization in the human sciences. Through analysis of epistemic, methodological, and applicative levels of foundational dependency, it proposes conceptual and methodological rules, theorization principles, systemic regulations, and productive criteria. Ultimately, the study highlights the capacity and effectiveness of the Ibtinā theory as a philosophical framework for generating human sciences from the Quran.
