The present article seeks to reread the extent of the "reason of wisdom" on Legislative Guidance. It appears that Shia thinkers have acted selectively in proving religious beliefs through divine wisdom and based on their religious presuppositions. They prove the necessity of matters such as revelation, prophecy, Imamate, and the infallibility of the Prophet and the Imam by referring to God's absolute wisdom, but they do not consider other matters such as the infallibility of jurists, judges, governors, and military commanders as essentials of wisdom. Isn't the absence of the Prophet and the Infallible Imam in different times and places, especially the absence of the Infallible Imam during 14 centuries, a violation of the argument for the necessity of the existence of the Prophet and the Infallible Imam through divine wisdom? The present article by presenting a new reading of the "Reason of Wisdom" leads us to the conclusion that First of all, the reason of wisdom can only prove Legislative Guidance as necessary, and secondly, due to the lack of respect of man for all the factors and obstacles of the creation system, this reason alone does not have the authority to prove the actuality and determine the time and place of the realization of all examples of divine wisdom outside. Clarifying the meaning of the verses indicating the presence of prophets in all times and places, , are other achievements of this writing.
